The training activity was held on 3-5 October 2023, hosted by INBIE, in Częstochowa, Poland.

The aim of this activity was to show the ‘Talent management guide: training recommendations for the over 45s’ to its target audience: companies, trainers and HR professionals. The objective of the project, the recommendations included in the guide and how to use its contents effectively were also presented to the attendees.

This training activity also aimed to get feedback from the participants, as they are the ones who use these materials in their workplaces. Participants played an active role and were consulted on the materials.

Twelve trainers, HR professionals and representatives from the business sector participated.
